Got in another nice uphill workout.
1 mile WU at 7:30 pace and flat
1 mile 2% at 8:00
2 miles 10% at 10:00
1 mile Flat at 7:00
The 2 in the middle were only tough muscle wise. Cardio was fine. I sweat like a pig in the gym.
