Tempo Tuesday! (Kind of...) (Not really) I warmed up a mile flat at 7:00 pace then did 1 mile at 1% incline at 6:40 pace then a mile at 7:00 pace then another mile at 6:27 pace then 7:00 for cool down. 208 feet of elevation gain. Felt fine the whole way cardio wise, just a blister on both feet.
