Got to the gym once again as it was all snow and ice up here today with a Blizzard Bag day off! Put the treadmill on 1% incline and 6:58 pace and went at it. I can handle 5 miles on the treadmill in the gym... but not much more than that... feeling better each day. I have also been using the chest press machine... 2 set of 15 at 40 lbs and ab machine 3 sets of 15 at 50 lbs. Getting ripped... haha
