Back to the gym and would not have gotten out if not for the treadmill. Roads were a mess! Did a little 3xhalf mile hill work. 1 mile warm up at 6:53 pace, .5 at 2.0 incline .5 flat, .5 at 3.0 incline, .5 flat, .5 at 4.0 incline one mile cool down. I talked with Princic and have a way to figure out my elevation gain as well. (?) miles with elevation X average % incline X 52 ft. For this run it was 1.5 X 3% X 52ft = 234ft elevation gain. This will be good for Washington work..
