Notes
Longest run of 2019! I started at 90% in the calf and it just got a bit twingy in the first mile, then seemed just a bit dead legged until about three. Then I did a little up tempo up to the pond and it seemed ok when I was going fast. Then on the way back it got tighter and tighter until I would say I wound up at 65%. So I got some cardio in, the leg was not great by the end as the upper inner hammy was really sore and doing most of the work I guess. I just cant keep having these issues to train right though. I had two sleeves on the right calf and im not sure that is doing me any help or not. I might just put one on each leg here on out. I think this is all stemming from my ankle flexibility problems. Need to figure it out soon.
