Sean told me to keep running every second day, increasing 5 minutes every third run.

So 40-40-45-45-50-50 and so on.

Plan is to run 4 times a week.

Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday-Sunday.

Sunday is a short run, starting with 20 minutes and increasing to 30 minutes.
