12x100m with 1:30 walk between. Hard workout, especially last 4-5 intervals. But it feels good.

Almost hit by car during WU. Almost attached by a dog during interval 3. Ran one extra interval. At the beginning, instead of start I pressed pause and run first interval for nothing.
