10x3min run, 1min walk.

No pain during the run. Some itching 3" above the PS closer to the end of the workout. Also some light pain in perineum area (muscles).

Last interval 5 minutes.

All together felt like a real workout. Now, 2 hours later, I am feeling my legs, which is good.
