5min warmup and cooldown.
At the end of the interval 5, I started to feel stiffness top right from the PS. That is the place where I always have issues. No really pain, just stiffness. Level 1 on scale from 1 to 10. It was like that almost during all intervals until the end. Nothing during walk part or now, 30 min after the workout.
I felt some itching in the perineum area too, just from time to time.
