Notes

The longest run in last 12 months. Felt good although it was hard closer to the end. Conversational pace, but heart rate was higher than I wanted. One stop (4 minutes) after 7km and one stop 30 seconds after 10km. No walking.

Light pain 5" above the PS right after the run. It lasted for 1 hour, then it was gone. Now I feel some light burning in pelvic floor muscles and my quads and calves are burning.
