OktoberFest Race. Ran faster than I wanted, but the course was all downhill and it was not hard effort. Sean, if you read this, I am sorry.
No pain during the race. Dull pain (level 1) 3" above the PS. Light pain 3" left and right from the PS in an exact spot. All this right after the race.
Now, 3 hours later, no pain anywhere other than sore calves.
