Since the race on Sunday, I have started feeling more dull pain in the pelvic floor muscles. That pain radiates toward the front to 2" above the PS and left and right from the PS. Pain level is 1, which means very low. It comes and goes. Looks like that sitting makes it worse. No other symptoms, like no pain when sneeze or cough, or roll over in the bed.

2 days ago I started doing pelvic floor self massages again (30 minutes every night), and seams that it makes it better. Today is a good day, I feel it much less than yesterday (frequency and intensity wise).
