- Core workouts make my body more tired than running.
- I feel my both knees after running. Not pain but like light sensation around the knees.
- No pain during running, but I always have that dull pain (level 1) 2-3" above the PS after, for a short period of time (from 30 seconds up to 10 minutes). It reminds me on pain that I had in lower abdominal in November last year when running on trails.
That dull pain comes back from time to time when I sit for a longer time.
