20min run - 2min walk - 10min run
Dull pain (level 1) 3-4" above the PS in the middle of the second interval. Lasted for 4-5 minutes.
Today I slowed down a lot and it made the workout much easier. I am sure that I could have kept going.
Kind of messy report due to me playing with my watch.
