Ran pacing Kristen. She went out too fast (tried to slow her down but she kept speeding up) and had a few bathroom issues and struggled to maintain pace after mile 17. Tried to get her motivated but she basically told me to F-off. I had a couple bathroom runs as well. Achilles was tight all week but felt great after the marathon.
Start temp was 55, end temp was 70. I'll call it 63.
