Hill repeats at mile 4, 13-15, and 25 (total of five miles worth), total elevation gain 3230 ft. Ouch that really hurt after snowboarding yesterday. Hip adductor/abductors were sore as hell from a day on the slopes and glute was hurting fierce at 20 miles. Note to self, do not do a 30 mile run the day after next time.
