Notes
This was a brutal run and supposed to be a slow easy run preparing for the ice age 50 miler. Trails were very muddy almost to the point of shoes sinking up to the ankles, and had to wade through several streams up to the calves. It was a 8.1 mile loop x4. Had company first two loops but ran the second 2 loops alone. Last loop tried to keep it slow.
