It barely got over 80 but the humidity was brutal. Dewpoint of 67 and I was dripping sweat the whole time. I ran up as many hills as I could and found the steepest gnarliest climbs/descents I could even if they were only 20 yards long. First 10 weren't bad but I could really feel all the hill training in the legs after that. Last couple miles were a slog...
