Wow, I am not ready for this heat yet. Run started off good, consuming gels and energy bars was going well but around 23 I really started to get overheated. DPR is barely even what I would consider trail (little elevation and no technical difficulty) so I can't blame it on that (only 870 ft elevation gain).
Did 3 scoops of heed, 2 L of water, 2 powerbar recovery,2 energy gels, and 2 s-caps. Around 20 my stomach really started bothering me, not sure if it was the heat or too much of something.
