Amazing marathon. Actually ran a negative split! Went out somewhat conservative on first 1/2 through mile 23. At 23, I kept waiting for my legs to start telling me to slow down. They didn't. I was able to pick up the pace and finish strong. Winds were out of the west and were not a factor until the last two miles, which were brutal. My predicted time based on the last half I ran 4 weeks ago was 2:57:45. Splits are from GPS, but total time and distance are from the chip time posted on results page not GPS.
