Ran first 2 miles with dog. Achilles was super tight yesterday after the run on the treadmill and started to tighten up around mile 4 but then loosed up. Was tight off and on, but nothing too bad. Energy was okay, but had to stop for #2 way too much. Near the end my IT band got really tight...
Did 3 gels, 1 powerbar recovery (~270 calories), plus 3 scoops of heed in 2L of water.
