Notes
Quite the crew out for LR this morning. Ryan, Emma, Frintner, and Cobert. Ran from the Cobert house in LZ. Ran out to Signal Hill and did the classic long run route. Wasn't feeling too great at the start due to a later night last night. Chilly weather at the start too. Settled in and cruised along through the hills. Came back along the Lake. Added on extra with Ryan and Adam out into the Marsh. They were rolling pretty quick and I let them go. Still finished at a decent clip, but would have blown up if I tried to stay with them today.
