Notes
Long run along the Tiber. Same route as yesterday. Started going north, ran out until the trail ended after about 2.5 miles. Turned around and ran back all the way south. Hit the end of the path right at my planned turn around point so came back home. Another pleasant morning. It was really windy while going north. Opened up a bit on the miles I was running south. Felt really smooth today. Didn't see anyone the first 6 miles, it was really nice having the path to myself.
Rolled afterwards before heading out to explore the city.
