Quick turnaround into this one, but have an event tonight at UIC for work. Tired going into this. Kept it slow. Didn't miss running in the dark. Light rain the whole time. Really didn't want to be out there, but got it in.
Right achilles was hurtin at the beginning, but loosened up throughout the run. Didn't feel great after tho, so keeping an eye on it. Probably gonna skip the ML tomorrow as a precaution, but will decide tomorrow.
Quick rolling + statics after. Legs are so tight, need to be better here.
