Forecast called from sleet/snow around the time I got off work, so just went to the Y instead. Kept it pretty easy and just cruised. Started at 8.0 and went up 0.1 every 5'. Finished at 8.8. Incline was at 2.0% the whole way. Mentally, these treadmill easy runs have gotten really easy. Just get on and get the time in.
