Notes
Hot one over at Busse after work. Temps were high, but thankfully dew point was only like 62, so ended up being very manageable weather. Plus, there was shade and a breeze, which helped to keep me from getting too hot. Legs felt pretty good today, best they've felt in a while now. Ended up stopping a bit short due to needed to use the bathroom. Uneventful run, felt nice to relax a bit and run. Overall though, a solid run.
