40' Tempo on the Treadmill
Started at 10.5 MPH. Up 0.1 every 5', finished at 11.2 MPH. Incline at 1.0% the whole way
Good workout this afternoon, but it was a tough one. The first 10' felt like I was running really fast and I was afraid I was never going to settle in. Fortunately, around 20' I got my legs under me a bit and was able to feel like I was more in control the rest of the way. Regardless, this was a grind. Try as I might, I couldn't zone out and just cruise, so I just watched as time slowly ticked away. Got it done though.
