Notes
It was 38 and rainy/windy when I got home from work, so noped right out of doing this run outside. Drove over to the LZ Y and got this one in. Felt pretty meh during most of this. First half really flew by, but the second half really dragged. By the end I was real sweaty and a bit dehydrated, but we made it through. Watched the last 30 min of Guardians of the Galaxy 1 (good!) and the first 30 min of Jurassic World 1 (bad). Made it through.
Started at 8.5. Went up 0.1 every 5' until I hit 9.2, then I held steady for most of the run. Sped up a bit the last 10' to break up the monotony. Incline at 1.0% the whole way.
