Easy post-work with Frintner. Ran around Elk Grove and did a route that I recognize, but do not know the name of. Had a lot to catch up on after not seeing each other in nearly 3(!) weeks. Run flew by, didn't realize we were running that quick. Randomly happened upon Anneliese at 5 going on her own pre-movie night stroll, so she joined us for the last bit too! Weather was nice, cool and threatening to rain the whole time.
