Notes
Medium Long along the river (again). Went straight south this morning. Got to the end of the path at 30', but continued out another 5' before turning back. The run this morning was the best I've felt the entire trip. Really locked into a groove on the way back north, and the run was over before I knew it. Starting to get pretty exhausted from everything, so happy that I was able to get a bit longer effort in this morning.
Wanted a workout this week, but this is about as quality as it's gonna get. It's looking like I'll have to LR Sunday once I'm home, so hopefully won't be too exhausted heading in.
