Toasty Busse run after work. Was running the loop clockwise from the xc course when I ran into Anneliese and Leonel near the elk. Turned and ran with them for a while. Ended up just doing two down and backs through the forest. This was for the best, since it kept me out of the sun and cool. Plus, it was nice to have some company! Picked it up some on the way back. Legs felt decent today.
