Quinn lost a bet to me during the NCAA tournament and owed me a beer mile w/ tall boys. Today was the day where I was able to collect on my bet. I even relented and allowed him to switch tall boys with Naturdays. However, QT was suspiciously unable to find said Naturdays, so the compromise was Budweisser. Agreed to run this with him for some stupid reason. Probably because I had never ran a beer mile before, but still a poor decision in hindsight.
Was doing really well through 3 beers. Was way out in front of Quinn and really just had to coast it in. Hit a wall during the last beer though. Took forever trying to finish it. Eventually just went for one last big drink. Got all the beer down, but then everything just came right back up. Just dropped out at that point instead of jogging the last .25 + penalty add on. Quinn (and his 2 yaks!) were definitely more a loser, but this certainly wasn't a win. Very shameful showing on my end.
Might try it again someday, might not. We'll see.
