Notes
Easy run later in the evening. Had to go into work today, even though the wasn't much work to do. Came home and it was still hot af outside, so decided to sit around and wait for the heat to break a bit since I had nothing else going on tonight. Finally got out the door around 7:15 and definitely made the right call. Had a nice, relatively cool run. Pretty uneventful out there, just relaxing as I ran around town. Legs felt good today. Kyle Gilboy and Danny Soto flybys.
