Steady medium long out to Biltmore. Pretty much perfect weather for the run today. I was locked in today, felt like I could have kept running forever. Didn't look at my watch much, just out for a cruise. Legs felt good rolling along. Didn't think about much during the run. It was peaceful. Surprised with how consistent the mile splits were with all the ups and downs.
