Goal here was to get the legs spinning at something faster than 5:40 pace in prep for Itasca. Ran these on a relatively flat, straight section of Long Grove Rd. between Deer Path and Briargate. Temps were nice and cool from a storm that rolled through earlier, but it was SO humid. Thought these went pretty well. First few it was hard to find my rhythm. Started the first few off too fast as well, but settled in afterwards. Last two reps got a bit tough, but powered through and finished well. There was a tree branch that took up the whole bike lane that I had to dodge each rep. Happy with the work overall.
