Cooler morning today, actually had to break out my tights for the first time on the trip. Still like a nice spring day compared to back home though. Felt pretty miserable this morning. Had a very hard time getting out of bed this morning and my legs felt awfully heavy. Might have been from staying up late or having a huge late dinner last night? Legs have felt very flat the last couple of days, so towards the end I did an arbitrary pick up where I gradually picked up the pace until I was running as fast as I could muster. Felt much looser afterwards.
