Easy lil recovery run after work. Had plans with co-workers for a bit later, so just went on the treadmill at the gym at work. Kept it slow. Felt like I was sprinting for the first 10', but settled in and felt smooth afterwards.

Statics and heel drops after. Ate an Impossible Burger after o.O
