25' Tempo (3' RJ), 2 x 3' @ ~5KP (2')
Solid workout this evening. First workout outside in god knows how long. I wasn't sure where fitness was at after all the treadmill workouts, so this was a decent benchmark. Goal for the tempo was 5:40/5:45 (~75' half pace). Settled in decently. Sections that were into the wind tough, but all in all got through that easy and smoothly.
3' sections were a bit of a shock. First one was like I was almost sprinting. Got the lungs burning a bit. Second one was easier, albeit a bit downhill. Originally planned for 3-4 x 3' rep, but had to make an emergency pit stop under a tree at a park... Decided I was done after that an did a slightly extended CD home.
