3-4 x [3', 2', 1'] w/ (1', 1', 2' RJ) @ T, 10k, 5k
First workout post-GLR and first of the Indy block. Wanted a little fartlek to get the legs spinning a bit. Pretty happy with how this went. Never really too difficult. The short intervals felt a little disjointed, especially at the beginning. Had trouble settling into the right paces, had a tendency to get out a little fast on the shorter reps. Not really sure if I was hitting actual 5k/10k pace, but oh well. Did my best to run the recoveries at not a total slog.
