Notes
Today was FREEZING cold...hard winds, freezing rain mixed with snow and hail...and I had to do my 20 miler. Stephanie ran the first 12.5 with me ....which made it alot more bearable...but those last 8 miles alone were SO hard.
when I got back to my car, my hands were so numb and frozen I could hardly use them....I felt Like I was going into hypothermic mode when I drove home.
I knwo I can run in ANY weather now, but it sure sucked!
