Mentally and physically this workout was tough! I put it off all day and I knew I had an "out" b/c John said just to do what I felt I coudl do since my quad was hurting all week.

I wanted to quit after the warm up...legs are still tired and I felt like I had nothing.

after 2 intervals, I decided I would just do 1 more...I did this 4 more times:)

I yelled t myself "For boston!" to keep myself going......

My greatest accomplishment besides finishing today was running my last interval my fastest. This took SUCH hard work as I didnt' think I coudl do one more after repeat mile # 5.

I came home with the feeling of SATISFACTION from hard work!

this is my last hard workout and it is crazy to think I only have 2weeks til boston now! I am SO excited!!
