A little hungover. Should have had gel at start line. Took too much ibuprofin and had face-crawlies, and couldn't think clearly. Don't do that.
This was a tough run. That mile 2 hill is BRUTAL. I thought I was going to vomit on the mile-long hill at mile 2. The ibuprofin was making my face crawl and making me a little disoriented.
I was a little suprised that I PR'd. Makes me wonder what I could do on a flat course.
