Not too bad of a mid-week long run, considering I woke up as sick as a dog.
I used the Garmin foot-pod accessory for this run, and my average cadence for the entire run was 88spm and my max cadence was 121 spm. I can believe the max spm might be 121 because there were at least two instances where I noticed the light about to change a half-block away and I sprinted to beat it so I wouldn't need to wait for it to change.
I stopped at mile 10.3 to drink some water, since I didn't carry any. I had no trouble resuming my run after that.
No calve pain at all, and only a few hints of left knee soreness. I don't want to say I'm out of the woods yet, but I have made a significant recovery from shocking pain after running just a mile two weeks ago.
