w/8x100m strides.
This run went pretty well. I stuck to the treadmill for two reasons: I left my DJ badge in the car, and I figured the treadmill would be better for my recovery since Rutgers. I kept the pace pretty good on this run, and worked in my 8 100m strides. THey are a bit weird to do on the treadmill, but I pretty much increased the speed to ~9.3 or 9.4 mph and maintained the same cadence as the 8mph stride. This forced me to open up my stride more, but it felt weirder on the treadmill than when I do it outside.
