Planned: 6x100m striders during 6 mi recovery run.
I actually did about 10 to 15 striders. I did three in the first mile, three in the second mile, then two to three during each of the last miles. I was incredibly sore after Tue and Wed's runs, and my back was very tight. So I did Vinyasa yoga last night at Gold's at 7:30 last night. That helped a lot but I still have some deep soreness in my hip flexors, quads and shins. Extra stretching and rolling in store before bed tonight.
