Notes

Express abs after spin class.

- Normal crunches

- Crunches with legs straight toward ceiling, pulsing hips up with each crunch.

- Crunch up to tap calves, keeping legs straight up

- V-sit position, overhead press with no weight.

- V-Sit position, reach back to tap right elbow on floor behind glutes 15x, then repeat for left elbow.

- Legs and Arms extended out without touching the floor, then being them together to touch above the core.

- Plank taps (from plank position, reach out to side to tap left leg and bring it back, repeat with right leg, then raise the left arm and tap the floor, repeat with right arm) x15

- Hip dips from plank position (15x each side, NOT alternating sides)
