Planned: w/10x100 striders.

I began my run, and my pace was dropping below 7:00 in the first mile, but I was running more slowly, bewildered. Obviously the cloud cover was interfering with the GPS signal. But it seems to have corrected itself by the end of the mile. Still, looking at the map, I appear to have run through some neighbors' back yards and over their fences :)

At mile 2.8, I remembered I was supposed to do striders, so I fit them into the last 2 miles.

Good run -- looking forward to tomorrow's 22 mile run.
