2 miles easy w/u
2.5 miles @ 6:10 pace
2.5 miles @ 5:55 pace
2.5 miles @ 5:40 pace
0.5 mile easy c/d
Felt strong coming off the long run at Argonne yesterday. Got to make sure I don't over do it, so will be sure to hit an easier pace tomorrow and shorter distance.
