I love to run and exercise. I have run several races from 5k to marathon.
I have also dabbled in a bit of triathalon.
Barefoot and Minimalistic experience:
In 3 years running without "regualar shoes"
I have ran:
1 marathon barefoot
1 marathon in Vibram KSO
1 barefoot 5k
2 Vibram KSO 5k
1 Vibram KSO 5k (part of a triathlon)
