Ran with Todd today. We tried to keep it slow but found ourself at 7:20 too often. My butt was feeling the run, so it might have been good running form. It was a zero calorie run, no breakfast, no water, no caloric intake until it was over. I was done when it was over, but feel pretty good 2 hours out.
